Journey Through Art is a programme for young people aged 6–13 years*. Once a month, The Burton will host workshops for this age group covering a variety of creative media and skills. Come along simply to have fun and get creative, or choose to work towards an Arts Award.
Regular participants who want to work towards an Arts Award can pick up a Journey Through Art Passport for £2 to keep a record of their hours. You can purchase your Passport online or in person from the gallery shop.
Upcoming sessions:
- Saturday 26 April, 10am–12 noon: Experiment with Watercolour
- Sunday 25 May, 11am–1pm: Make an Endangered Creature (felt sewing)
- Saturday 28 June, 10am–12 noon: Environment & Climate Change
