Shimmer: Environmental Commission Film Launch and Panel Discussion

Our Environmental Commission Artist 2024 Andy Hughes will be launching his film Shimmer at The Burton on Saturday 16 November, 2-4pm.
 
Shimmer blends photos, archival film and video game visuals to explore pollution and climate change in our rivers and estuaries. The film showing will be followed by a panel discussion with experts including environmental campaigner and writer Martin Dorey and educationalist and curator Lizzie Perrotte.

This workshop takes place at the Burton Art Gallery and Museum. We are situated on the edge of Victoria Park in Bideford, next to a Torridge District Council owned car park where charges apply. For more details on parking in Bideford, visit the Torridge District Council website.
